I will go with Watertown, Wolcott, Ansonia, and Sacred Heart.
ReplyDeleteBoth Sacred Heart & Holy Cross need to win. It's going to be a good game.
Wow, taking Watertown over Seymour? I would love to see it happen.
ReplyDeleteThat would be nice.
ReplyDeleteWilby is losing 4-0 on the bottom of the forth.
Ansonia 4, Wilby 2
ReplyDeleteThanks for the scores Freddie! I don't have anything yet.
ReplyDeleteRon Bilodeau pitched for Ansonia today, nice job!
ReplyDeleteAny other scores out there?
Woodland: 7, Torrington: 2
ReplyDeleteKyle Georgia pitched 5 strong innings for the Hawks, who needed 6 runs in the 6th and 7th to come back for the win. Jason Skibek came in for the 2-inning save.
Crosby: 6, Wolcott: 2
ReplyDeleteHoly Cross: 9, Sacred Heart: 0
Seymour: 6, Watertown: 0
Naugatuck: 8, Kennedy: 2
Very interesting, especially the Crosby score. The Bulldogs scored all their runs off Steve Catalina as well.
Chris Renzoni and Tim Bessette each pitched gems for their teams, allowing 2 and 4 hits, respectively.
It's going to take a couple weeks at least for the league to shake out. It seems like all the power is in the Brass but things will change fast over the comign weeks. Stay tuned!
ReplyDeleteCrosby scored 5 runs on groundball errors
