ReplyDelete(yes I am posting this probably after most of these games are done, but I am stuck at work and swear I have no idea what happened!)
I will go wiht Watertown, Kennedy, SC, HC, Wolcott, and Seymour. Sacred Heart has to win today.
ReplyDeleteHoly Cross won 9 to 6
ReplyDeleteSacred Heart won 7-4
ReplyDeleteSeymour over Woodsy - 13 to 0
ReplyDeleteWas just going to post that Johnny.
ReplyDeleteIt was a game for about 4 innings, then the 'Cats started pounding the ball and the Hawks' defense faltered. Garrett Cornwall gave up just 3 hits in 6 innings for Seymour.
Thanks for all the scores guys! Crosby beat Kennedy as well today, 11-4. Nothing yet for Torrington/Watertown or Naugatuck/Wolcott.
ReplyDeleteChecking in.. Thanks for the info...Go HC!
ReplyDeleteTorrington beat Watertown 9-4. Watertown cut into a 5-1 deficit by scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th and then the Raiders pulled away with it in the 7th. Conor Bierfeldt did most of the work for Torrington picking up 3 hits, 4 RBIs, and the win. Raiders 1-4 hitters very impressive.
ReplyDeleteWolcott beat Naugy 9-5. Hounds knocked the ball around against Pelletier scoring 5 runs early, but then Kane came in in the 2nd and went lights out. Mike Vaccarelli hit 2nd grand slam of the season in the 5th to ignite an Eagle rally. Kane and Catalina arguably the best 1-2 in the league, but the Eagle's bats need to be consistant.
